Using the method of linear programming and sensitivity analysis to determine the optimal production volume for some of the products of the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries for the year 2016

Abstract

The General company for electrical and   industries in Iraq represents one of the most important companies that supply all economic sectors with the most important intermediate and consumer goods ,in addition to the needs of local demand, and the aim of the study is to find the optimum production volume for some products of the company by using the sensitivity analysis method in the linear programming model ,and to achieve the maximum possible profit for the company with the analysis and study of the reasons  for the decline in the company’s low production in  the previous years and to identify the most important of  recommendations to advance the company’s factories, improve their industrial performance and meet the needs of local demand.
