Financial policy is an important part of the general economic policy of the state, which seeks to achieve economic growth, reach the level of full employment, maintain price stability, achieve social justice and balance in the balance of payments. It is about securing alternative financial resources to support the general budget, so this research aims to identify the mechanisms of economic diversification because of their great importance in activating the activity of the industrial and agricultural economic sectors and even tourism to contribute to raising the level of gross domestic product as well as contributing to stimulating the private sector to play its required developmental role, not Only to finance the general budget, but rather to absorb unemployment, operate idle production capacities, and reduce dependence on imports to cover local needs for goods and services.
