Abstract

     The research aims to identify the extent of the relationship and the impact of strategic agility in its dimensions (strategic sensitivity - clarity of vision - resource flow - collective commitment) on organizational success in its dimensions (efficiency, effectiveness, knowledge management). This research was conducted at the University of Iraq, and the problem crystallized in a number of questions, including the extent to which administrative leaders in the university under study use strategic agility and its impact on organizational success. The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the research objective; a questionnaire was prepared to collect the necessary data, which is a measure of the research, and distributed to a sample under study; where the research community was (187) managers; and the size of the sample that was analyzed was (155) managers, and to test the research hypotheses, statistical programs (SPSS V.25) and (Amos.25) were used. One of the most important conclusions reached by the research is the existence of a significant impact of strategic agility in its dimensions on organizational success. The most prominent recommendations of the research were the necessity for the university under study to pay attention to strategic agility and its dimensions to enhance its role in organizational success.
