Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the career path planning impact in reducing job alienation in the Second Karkh Education Directorate. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach, and the research community was identified with the teaching and administrative staff in the Second Karkh Education Directorate consisting of (2000) people. A survey was conducted on a random sample of (322) individuals. All distributed questionnaires were retrieved with a recovery rate of 100%, while the questionnaires prepared for analysis were (315) questionnaires, representing (97.82%) of the total questionnaires retrieved, the data was analyzed and
