The research aims to know the degree to which the (faculty members) axis contributes to raising the efficiency of the quality of education, as working on implementing the (faculty members) axis will contribute to providing a database about the axis and using it for evaluation and development purposes. The case study approach was adopted to reach the relevant facts. By applying the standard for faculty members and achieving the goals of the research that relies on field experience, observation and discussion, and checklists were used to collect data and information, as well as a number of statistical tools to measure and analyze the gap. The results showed that the gap in applying the standard at the University of Information and Communications Technology (2.58%)
