By choosing the relationship between the two hybrid human resources variables and testing them in Zain Telecommunications Company, the novelty of the topic and the suitability of the most dimensions of the studied variables to the Iraqi environment were revealed. The results of the statistical analysis were significant indicative of indicators of the quality of conformity to the model adopted in the research, and accuracy in the extent of acceptance of the adopted hypotheses. The sample response showed a good understanding of the nature of the variables and their importance when actually applied and obtaining economic and social returns for the organization. The conclusions and recommendations expressed the steps of the research, the most important of which is the necessity of spreading the culture of the concept of hybrid human resources management, and the extent of the need for artificial intelligence applications to move the organization to a sustainable competitive position.
