The study aimed to evaluate the role of administrative development in improving the job performance of Bakht Al-ruda University employees. The study problem was formulated in the following main question: What was the role of administrative development in improving the job performance of Bakht Al-ruda University employees? The study was based on the following main hypothesis that administrative development has a positive role in improving the job performance of employees at Bakht Al-ruda University. The study used the descriptive, the analytical and the historical approaches. The study revealed that there was a statistical significant relationship between administrative development and improving the job performance of employees at Bakht Al-ruda University. The study recommended conducting more studies in the aspect of planning and administrative development to improve for the employees of University.
