The Impact of Organizational Justice on Achieving Competitive Advantage: An Applied Study in the Department of Health of Salah al-Din Gove

This research aims to explore the impact of organizational justice on achieving competitive advantage in the Department of Health of Salah al-Din Governorate. The research seeks to clarify how the dimensions of organizational justice, such as distributive justice and participatory procedural justice, affect the organization's ability to compete in the work environment. A research methodology was applied based on collecting data from a sample of (385) employees in the Department of Health of Salah al-Din Governorate using a questionnaire, and analyzing it using a set of statistical methods that included calculating averages and standard deviations, in addition to using the multiple linear regression test to analyze the impact of organizational justice on competitive advantage. The research concluded that enhancing organizational justice contributes significantly to improving the organization's performance and increasing its ability to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage, which enhances the level of job satisfaction and institutional commitment among employees. The research recommended enhancing employee skills and providing continuous training programs that help improve their performance and contribute to achieving more justice and discrimination at work, which enhances the organization's competitive advantage.
