The Impact of Transformational Leadership in Organizational Citizenship Behavior Organizational Culture as a Moderating Variable: A Case Study at Tabuk International Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company in Jordan

This study aimed to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with the presence of organizational culture as a mediator variable in Tabuk Pharmaceutical Industries in Jordan. The study population consisted of (150) employees, who occupy administrative and technical positions, after the service workers were excluded. The sample size of the study was (82) individuals. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of transformational leadership on the behavior of organizational citizenship, and the existence of a statistically significant impact of transformational leadership on the organizational culture of the surveyed company, and the existence of a significant impact of organizational culture in organizational citizenship behavior, and the existence of a total impact of organizational culture as a mediator variable in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The study recommended the need to enhance transformational leadership practices in the surveyed company, as well as to support organizational citizenship behavior practices, in addition to continuing to pay attention to organizational culture and apply it through daily practices.
